We're not a sprawling suite bolting feedback onto billing — member voice is the whole product, which is why it goes deeper than a generic survey tool or a module inside a club-management system.

One-business-day support

Email support is answered within one business day. Onboarding requests for a new club are typically set up the same day.

MemberFocus runs on enterprise-grade managed cloud infrastructure with automated daily backups and point-in-time recovery, so your club's history is durable.

In-app content moderation

Member-reported content is reviewed by your club's managers within 24 hours, with platform-level tools to support them.

Your members' data is yours — and it's protected.

Isolation by design

Every record is protected by database row-level security scoped to your club. Encryption is applied in transit and at rest, and photos are stripped of location metadata on the device before upload.

You can leave with your data

Your club's data belongs to your club. We provide an export on request, and we delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days of a verified request, except where law requires retention.

We never sell member data

No ad networks, no data brokers, no selling or renting member information. The product is the only thing we sell.

Will MemberFocus still be here in a few years?

We're built lean and focused on a single product with a clear business model, which is exactly what keeps a software company durable. Your data is also portable: you can export it and you own it, so you're never locked in regardless of what any vendor does.

What happens to our data if we stop using it?

You can request a full export of your club's data at any time, and request deletion when you're done. We delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days of a verified request. See the Privacy Policy.

Who hosts the data, and where?

MemberFocus runs on enterprise-grade managed cloud infrastructure in the United States, with encryption in transit and at rest, automated daily backups, and point-in-time recovery.

Do you have a security attestation?

We follow security best practices today — row-level data isolation, least-privilege access, encrypted storage, and on-device photo metadata stripping. A formal independent attestation (SOC 2) is on our roadmap. We're happy to complete your security questionnaire in the meantime.

Is this a public-safety or emergency system?

No. The in-app "Emergency Alert" is a club-operations notification (e.g., course closure or weather hold), not a life-safety system. For any life-threatening emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

How do we get started?
