Frequently asked questions

How do I get MemberFocus for my club?

MemberFocus is a private, invitation-based application provisioned for each club. If your club isn't on it yet, email support@memberfocusapp.com and we'll walk your leadership through getting set up.

I'm a member — how do I join my club on the app?

Access is granted by your club's management. Once they've added you, you'll be able to create an account and sign in. If you're having trouble, your club manager or our support team can help.

How fast will I get a response?

We aim to reply to support email within one business day. Reports of objectionable content inside the app are reviewed by your club's managers, who commit to reviewing them within 24 hours.

How do I delete my account or my data?

You can request account deletion from within the app, or email support@memberfocusapp.com. We delete or anonymize personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. See the Privacy Policy for details.

Is the app a safety or emergency system?

No. Any in-app "Emergency Alert" is a club-operations notification (e.g., course closure or weather hold). It is not a public-safety, life-safety, or medical-emergency system. For any life-threatening emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.
